Eco-Logical® UNOS™ and OMNI™ Heat Pump Water Heater Limited Warranty
Eco-Logical® is committed to delivering high-performance, energy-efficient water heating solutions. This Limited Warranty applies to the Eco-Logical UNOS and Eco-Logical OMNI heat pump water heaters. (Complies with ENERGY STAR® 5.0 and Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) 8.1 Requirements)
Limited Warranty Coverage
Subject to the terms and conditions below, Eco-Logical warrants to the original purchaser and any subsequent homeowner that the following components of the Eco-Logical UNOS and OMNI heat pump water heaters are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use:

What This Warranty Covers
- Sealed Refrigeration System includes the compressor, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, and all factory-sealed refrigerant connections.
- Outdoor Heat Pump Unit (specific to the Eco-Logical OMNI model) includes the entire external heat pump assembly, including its fan, housing, compressor, and factory-sealed refrigerant connections.
- The Storage Tank is protected against internal corrosion or defects that could cause leaks.
- Other Components include the fan (UNOS), sensors,electronic controls, thermostats, and heating elements.
- This warranty provides for repair or replacement of the defective part(s), at Eco-Logical’s discretion, during the warranty period. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by installation errors, including but not limited to:
- Improper plumbing or electrical setup.
- Incorrect voltage supply.
- Failure to follow local codes or installation instructions.
- Over or under-tightening of the Eco-Connect Refrigerant System™.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or natural disasters.
- Maintenance-related issues, such as sediment buildup or scale.
- Cosmetic damage or surface corrosion.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, the homeowner must:
- Provide proof of purchase and installation.
- Contact Eco-Logical® Customer Support.
- Allow inspection and evaluation of the unit by Eco-Logical® or an authorized service provider.
Limitations and Exclusions
This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Eco-Logical and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Eco-Logical® be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to water damage, mold, or labor costs not authorized in advance.
